Yes. A sale return can be performed if an error was made on a sales order or an item is returned on a transaction has already been completed. As a result, accounting data is safeguarded from an audit standpoint and the data that Geek-Inn Apps provides to any integrated (connected) cloud systems is kept accurate. We have void transactions on the agenda.

Yes, we provide a variety of training programs. Once signed up, you may schedule an online training class based on training credits available. Depending on the size of the business and scheduling, we also provide paid on-site training, which we are pleased to deliver. You can always rely on online manuals provided within the application under the 'System Information' tab.

Yes. An email can be sent to support@geekinnapps.com stating the kind of package update you’d like.

Yes. Once you have successfully purchased more user accounts, your account will be updated, reflecting immediately. You will then be able to register extra users whenever you require to.

While we'll be sorry to see you depart, you may cancel your membership by sending an email to support@geekinnapps.com with the subject line "Cancellation Request" and the name of your company. The cancellation request must be made by the Geek-Inn Apps account owner. Further details are in the subscription contract.
